Sample Policy

1)      Samples will be offered for free,customerswill only need to pay the express cost.Customer account numbers forFedex,UPS,or DHL will need to be povided.

2)      Sample shipped by economic air ,then customer have to pay sample cost and your full local  handle fees .

3)      To keep our samples safe and protect H-ROOT’stechnical and intellectual property,our company will not allow samples sent toany location within China.

Product Gurantee:

     3 year limited Gurantee(For OEM project)

    Construction:3 years gurantee,vinyl:1 yeargurantee,accessories：1 year gurantee

Logo /Branding Policy

     We allow to put your logo and brand on thecarrying case, end-panel of the tables and on the boxes if your quantities reach our MOQ.

Leadtime:25 days after we get your deposit .

Payment: Two ways

1)    By TT:30% deposit after confirmation of the PI ,the balance will be paid against thefaxed copy of the total shippng documents

2)    By LC

Working Season:

     Low season:February to May is our traditional low season

     Peak season:June to January is our tradtional peak season
